Although you can connect NebiOS to NebiCloud, I would do so with great caution. Given NebiCloud hasn't been in active development for some time, chances are good that it's vulnerable. To that end, I wouldn't recommend connecting NebiOS to the cloud service.
And finally, SDL3 has console ports for all the major platforms. Using it as your platform abstraction layer (as long as you're careful about how you handle system calls) means a lot of it will "just work".
